][tHe ReSuLtS ReViEwEd & I eNdEd NeAr ThE StArS=)][ haha yep 2day was my judgement day le..well shall reveal it in the later part. Couldn't have a nice slp 2day morning was like being too nervous liao. So woke up early 2day so hope to have a fresh start. Hmm prepared my breakfast and brought my milo chocolate bar with me. Went to school in my p.e shirts..haha damn song~! den was playin a few poker matches with the gang. Didn't have to attend lessons 2day. Went to the "cafe" with deqiang and met up with the rest of the track&field. Took a bus down to chao chu kang stadium.

My heart was already pumping non-stop den. I was already visualizing how it will be liked when i step into the round lap.Will i disappoint the ppl or will i fail in despair? Thousands thoughts surrond my head when i was in the bus. When reach liao, jocelyn asked to pei her go warm up run..den pei her run around the car-park for like 4 rounds? yea..den wished her all the best for her 400m. Den wen go back..deqiang asked me wanna go eat breakfast anot? den went to mac and eat. Deqiang no $$ haha den ended up me and him went for prata instead.

Den went back, was making timing for the various heats. There was this 3km run for gals. Den right their timing was 11.20 for the first placing..wah piang. i run 2.4km onli got 10.58 so far lor my best. Now i run 2.4 think is around 11.20 lor..den tt gal got 11.20sec for 3km. Haha so disappointed at myself till den..very demoralizing.

Den 100m individual was next after alot of heats la..osman hit a timing of 12.++ den the first placing was like 11.3+ la..wah piang and their distance is not so far lor.. Wahaha v sian mu them~ Den Yi Hao manage to het 11.++ but wasn't gd enough. Was listening to my disc for like 4 hours lor..still haven't reach my heat. My heat starts at 4 lor.

Den at around 1pm..had an intermission, den was goin down with yihao,osman and weilie...go train our baton passing. Den i was the most cham de. I 2nd runner, so have to receive from weilie and pass it to osman. weilie couldn't keep up with my speed and i couldnt get to osman on time. Wah piang den i did around 15 tries and weilie did aroun 10 and osman did around 5 tries onli. Damn tiring. Haven't start already tired like s!@$ liao.. Almost wanted to give up den, coz my leg got a little tight and pain. But kept my confidence high , and want to win.

We checked into this small room, where we marked our attendance. Wah the adrenaline was already pumping, i can already feel those songs which are touching and inspiring like "my sacrifice-creed", "not enough-our lady peace", "beautiful day-U2"..wahaha den was like very funny lor, those thoughts. It was like they were making a video package for our team with such songs, and show short clips, u noe those olympics ad, where the runners would b running slow and play those inspiring music. Yea tt was wat my mind was filled with.

We were checked into our lanes, den was preparing, nv forget about wat osman and yihao said, was all ears, cannot disappoint them. Bang~!!! went the gun, weilie started running and i got the baton from his hands when he reached me, den i ran, was 4th den. passed to osman, Osman got a 2nd and passed it to yihao, yihao was suddenly overtaken by 2 other runners, finally reached the finishing line within 48seconds. Gd effort already coz the previous track&field team made a 56secs. We were all glad and hope we will qualify with this time. But it was a great experience for me, i had alot of fun with the track&field team, weilie,benson,junjie was like jokers. Osman,brendon and yihao has this great determination in their eyes. Jocelyn and the gals were filled with cheefulness. Mr Lai and the rest of the team were great encouragers and supporters. Really need to thank them for everything.

After that went home, waited for a cab for 20min, wah piang chao chu kang= so hard to find mrt and hard to flag cab one. Den shared a cab with jocelyn, she took it to raffles place to meet sally and i took it home. Less than 1 hour till my lifesaving course liao and i haven't ate my lunch. Gobbled my food while dressing up and went out to take a bus. Den reached there, revision on CPR again and many more. Till 8.15 den went to serangoon central with swimmers inc and had dinner. Actually chan meng was the onli one eating, haha we went there to pei nia. Den went to this bus stop damn far from s11. Me and wes took 70 while chan waited for 76. So sorry nv pei u chan..got home den ate dinner. Now bloggin.
